1. How do I place an order?

On-Line - You may place an order any time of day or night. Simply navigate to the desired product page and click Add To Shopping Bag. Then follow the checkout directions.

2. How do I check an order? (Order's placed online only)

Orders will be confirmed by e-mail when shipped. We will e-mail you your FedEx tracking number. You may log on to and input the tracking number to check the status of your order. You may also contact us at with any questions regarding your order. You may also telephone customer service at 1-212-827-0191  between the hours of 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

4. Is there any sales tax?

New York residents are eligible for sales tax. The applicable sales tax for your area will be added to your total.

5. May I have an item gift wrapped?

Yes, we will gladly gift wrap your order in our signature T. Anthony gift box if you so indicate in the checkout section. There is no charge for this service. We regret we are unable to gift wrap large luggage items.

6. How do I care for my T. Anthony product?

We recommend T. Anthony leather conditioner or Lexol (available in most hardware stores) to clean and condition leather. We recommend a mild detergent such as Ivory liquid and water to clean our luggage fabrics. If you are not up to cleaning your T. Anthony luggage yourself, T. Anthony will do it for you at a reasonable cost.

8. How do I set my combination lock?
  • Turn the dials and align the opening combination numbers inside the side windows.
  • Pull up the shackle and turn 90º counter-clockwise to align the projection on the shackle with the notch at the 90º position of the lock body.
  • Press the shackle down and turn the shackle further counter-clockwise so that the shackle will stay at that position.
  • Turn the dials to reset your combination.
  • Turn the shackle back to the 90º notch and pull out the shackle.

9. What are the airline carry-on restrictions?

Carry-on restrictions vary from airline to airline. Carry-on items in T. Anthony luggage collection conform to the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) definition of a carry-on bag and in most cases, there should be no problems getting it on board. As these restrictions may be subject to change by the airlines we recommend checking with your carrier about their carry on policy prior to leaving for the airport.

10. Is it safe to shop on-line?

Yes, shopping at T. is safe. We encrypt your personal information (your credit card number when transmitting over the internet) using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure your internet transactions. A Secure Socket Layer (SSL) means your personal information, including credit card number, is encrypted and is readable only by our order processing department.

With regard to overall security, we always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. The facilities that house our servers are physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.

T. Anthony products are made from the finest materials by expert craftsmen. All T. Anthony products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship within one year of purchase. In the unlikely event that a problem arises due to a defect, T. Anthony will promptly repair the item at our expense, or replace the item if it cannot be repaired. Repairs that are necessary due to excessive wear or damage by a customer or a carrier are not covered by our guarantee and will be charged at cost. Not covered by this warranty are damages resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, modification, water damage or cosmetic damage (such as scratches, damage from wear and tear, dropping or other hard surface impact or the like).

T. Anthony products are accepted for credit or exchange if returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt. Refunds will be made to the purchaser upon request in the same form of payment originally received. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit. Merchandise credits are valid for two years from the date of issue. Please note all Monogrammed, used or sale items are not returnable.

Our repair service is currently unavailable. Please do not ship any repairs to us.

Please include a note stating the nature of the repair and be sure to include your name, address and telephone number. Be sure to ship your item by an insured, traceable means such as UPS, FedEX or insured mail.  If you would first like to send pictures of the repair needed please email us at the address above along with a note regarding repair needed and contact information.  We will respond back within 24 - 48 hours.  

Is there a charge for repairs?
Repairs that are necessary due to excessive wear or carrier damage are charged at cost. If there is a charge for your repair, you will be notified before the work is done. There is a $25.00 - $45.00 return shipping fee per piece depending on the return location within the United States.  

How long will it take for my repair?
Repairs are usually completed in 3 to 4 weeks. In the event that the repair will take longer than this, you will be advised of the delay.

Shipment date - Orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days of the date they are placed. Standard Ground - Up to 5 business days; your shipment will arrive within 5 business days after the date of shipment. Rates: $15.00 per address, $25.00 per piece on luggage orders. Expedited - 2 business days; your shipment will arrive 2 business days after the date of shipment. Rates - $30.00 per address, $40.00 per piece on luggage orders. Engraving of one, two or three initials (capital Helvetica style only) is complimentary on most leather goods. The size and location of the engraving are standard and in proportion to the product and will be placed by T. Anthony. The color of the engraving will match the product hardware if applicable. On photo albums and books, one line is free of charge. The second or third line is $10.00 per line. Stamping is done in house and usually takes 24 – 48 hours.
